2025 the year that I will thrive!

This came from a weekly prompt in my awesome critique group RhymeTime :) We’ve been going strong for a year and a half now. Yesterday was my birthday and this feels like a great mindset to take on in the coming year.

If Only… 

If only she could see ahead, 

to where she’d be someday.

She wouldn’t worry quite so much, 

and might, instead, go play. 

She’d find each day a brand new slate

with endless things to do. 

Just like a canvas prepped and primed

that's waiting just for you. 

If only she could read the signs

and trust her intuition. 

Her life would fall right into place, 

and come to its fruition.
